Effective Communication at a basic level is the ability to send and receive information. We communicate via Verbal, none-verbal, Visual and written communication. In addition to language we need to understand
 

  1. Voice tonality, quality, and speed
  2. Our body’s physiology like position of the spine, neck, and legs
  3. Our hand gestures
  4. Our facial expressions

 

The more effectively you engage with a person (reading, listening, watching, conversing), the more you are invested in their idea and personality and the more likely you are to trust and align to them and they in turn you. Observing a person’s facial expressions and body language and listening to their voice builds trust assuming that these are consistent with the message they deliver. We buy from people we know, like, and trust, and actually watching and listening to a person enhances rapport and a sense of connection.
 
Our Two-Day AppliedNLP™ Outcome Based Communications programme although intense is extremely effective (read our reviews). During the programme you will be taught techniques for effective communication, including rapport-building, active listening (listening is not waiting for your turn to speak), language patterns and attitudes in communication. These skills will enhance relationships, both personally and professionally. The course will also emphasise self-awareness and understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours are interconnected. To be successful on any level in life the ability to communicate effectively is paramount.
 
Every human being has one sense which drives their communication style. In AppliedNLP™ we refer to this as their preferred representational system. The basic representational systems include: Visual, Auditory (listening and reading), Kinesthetic (touch & feeling) and Auditory Digital (self-talk). AppliedNLP™ teaches us how to become elite communicators by learning how to address each person according to their preferred representative system.
 
To summarise, AppliedNLP™ is an innovative system essential for roles requiring strong communication, persuasion, and influencing skills. This two day basic course equips attendees with practical techniques to enhance their communication effectiveness. Attendees will through effective use of taught skills and interactive sessions, develop enhanced communication skills, and learn strategies for reproducing excellence and influencing others. The course focuses on practical tools and real-world applications used by Colin Whitehead himself, ensuring attendees leave with actionable insights and techniques to implement in their chosen environments.

COURSE OBJECTIVE

This intensive two-day course equips participants with practical AppliedNLP™ techniques to enhance their Communications outcomes. Participants will understand the principles of AppliedNLP™, develop effective communication skills, and learn strategies for reproducing excellence and influencing others.

DAY 1

  • Understand how we are all subjected to Subconscious influence.
  • Introducing the AppliedNLP™ mind model.
  • Building Rapport
  • Representative Systems – Recognise some of the thinking and language patterns that make each individual unique.
  • Language styles, Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic.
  • Attitudes : Building a deeper level of rapport.
  • The written word, communications excellence none verbally.

DAY 2

  • Review of day one and individuals written language structure.
  • By-Pass Words
  • Magic words
  • The basic Meta Model – AppliedNLP™ in action. Practice, practice practice.
  • Pulling it all together.
  • General Q&A and sharing.
