There is a significant amount of data now showing that with this rapid acceleration in technology and post the Pandemic interpersonal one on one communication skills are deteriorating. Data shows that this is increasingly prevalent in the work place with people below 40. People have become increasingly dependant on none verbal communication, text messages, Whatsapp group chats, computer based learning and so on. So, what does this mean when actual in person communication is needed? Without none verbal cues its hard to understand how someone feels and what the real intent is with their language.
